Enrollment & Access

1. How do I enroll in a course?
Open our catalog, select a course, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout to confirm access.
2. How long do I have access to online courses?
Online courses include at least 12 months of access, with extensions available upon request.
3. Do I receive a certificate?
Yes. Many courses provide a digital certificate. Our Professional Tile Setter Certification includes a verifiable ID.

Workshops & Logistics

4. What do I bring to a workshop?
We supply materials and major equipment. Bring your preferred hand tools and PPE if noted in the course description.
5. Are travel and lodging included?
No. Travel and lodging are not included unless specified. We provide venue addresses and timing in advance.
6. What if a workshop is canceled?
You may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a new date.
